Can I make changes to my shipment?Updated 9 days ago

In limited cases, we are able to make changes to an order prior to being shipped. If your order has not shipped and you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible.

Once a package is shipped or in the final stage of fulfillment, we are not able to make any changes to the order.

This also goes for subscription orders, as any modification you make to your subscription in your account is only valid for upcoming orders (i.e. orders that haven't been billed yet). If you need to modify the contents of a subscription order that has gone through, you need to reach out to us as soon as possible so we can make said modifications before the order is packed and the label is printed.

That said, please note we're not responsible for typos that occur when placing your order.
