If you ask us, the best way to make our All-in-One Shake is by mixing one scoop with 400ml-500ml of oat milk. That said, it’s also possible to make our All-in-One Shake with any plant-based milk, dairy milk, and even water.
Regardless of which liquid you’re using, when making a shake with a shaker bottle, it’s best to start with your liquid before adding a full scoop of powder and, finally, the mixing ball — this is the best way to get a smooth, creamy texture. Of course, you can also use a blender if you have access to one, with the added bonus that you can add fruit, nuts, peanut butter, or other ingredients to make a protein-rich smoothie.
