Sulphites are one of the most common preservatives added to certain foods. Consumed in small doses, they’re fine, but, in large doses, they can trigger headaches and other sensitivities. 

All of our ingredients are powdered, which requires no preservation agents — including sulphites! As a result, all of our products are sulphite-free.
