We recommend consuming the prepared drink within 3 hours of mixing. That being said, Clear Protein + Electrolytes can be mixed the night before and kept at room temperature for up to 24 hours. For the best flavour and overall quality, we recommend storing it in the refrigerator whenever possible. While significant separation is not expected, you can give it a quick shake or stir before drinking if desired.
