At Good Protein, we prioritize your satisfaction. Here’s a summary of our return and exchange process:
First-Time Orders:
Returns: Return an opened or unopened bag for a full refund if at least half of the product remains. A 15% fee applies.
Exchanges: Swap an opened bag for a different flavour with a $5 shipping fee (free with an active subscription). Limit of 2 exchanges per year.
Second Purchases and Onwards:
Exchanges Only: Exchange an opened bag for another flavour with a $5 shipping fee (free with an active subscription). Limit of 2 exchanges per year.
Incorrect or Damaged Items:
Contact us to promptly resolve any issues with wrong or damaged items.
How to Start:
Returns: Email us for a prepaid label, pack your product, and drop it off at Canada Post. Refunds are processed within 5 business days.
Exchanges: After approval, your new product will be shipped with a $5 fee (waived for active subscriptions).
Exclusions: Sample Packs and accessories like our Shaker Bottle are not covered by this policy.
Please note that requests for returns or exchanges must be done within 60 days of the delivery date. All returned items will be inspected by our warehouse team to ensure they are eligible for a refund before processing.
