What does your 60-day Satisfaction Guarantee cover?Updated 6 days ago

If you’re not satisfied with your first order, you can contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 60 days of the delivery date, with your order number and a brief explanation about why you want to return the product(s) in question. Products must have no more than 25% removed from the bag (so you can try different ways of preparing the products in question). We’ll send you a packing slip to print and insert in the box. Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping and will need to acquire a shipping label online or at a carrier's office. They are also accountable for their package until we physically receive it at our warehouse. Once the package has been received and verified, we’ll proceed with a refund within two business days.


To ensure a smooth return process, please take note of the following:

  • If you are returning 1 or 2 opened bags, we will provide a 100% refund (minus the order shipping fee if applicable).

  • If you are returning 3 opened bags, we will provide a 75% refund (minus the order shipping fee if applicable).

  • If you are returning 4 or more opened bags, we will provide a 50% refund (minus the order shipping fee if applicable).


The Satisfaction Guarantee only applies to a customer’s first order. Accessories such as our Shaker Bottle are excluded from the Satisfaction Guarantee.
