What’s your return policy?Updated 7 days ago

All sales of edible products are deemed “final and non-returnable”. Therefore, for second orders and more, we can accept a product to be returned only if it hasn't been opened yet. 


You can contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and a brief explanation about why you want to return the product(s) in question. We’ll send you a packing slip to print and insert in the box. Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping and will need to acquire a shipping label online or at a carrier's office. They are also accountable for their package until we physically receive it at our warehouse. Once the package has been received and verified by our team, we’ll proceed with a refund within two business days.
